I am using the disk, trying to add/remove windows components, under accessories and utilities, then accessories, but the games component is not there. Paint, calculator and other components are there, but not games. I am now stumped. Anyone know what I should do next? Using Windows XP professional. Thanks.

Games Folder
Somebody thought it might go something like this: You walk into the session room, and the folder is on the table. You sit down, set up, open the folder, .... I suspect that few will make it an issue of location, since one creates games wherever one is. It's more likely the return to an unabridged self-aware state.

No Games
Just install BUT DO NOT RUN RCT/Add-ons/patches, THEN move your saved games back to the correct RCT folder, THEN start up RCT. OliverS.s...@gmail.com microsoft public windowsxp help_and_support just to add on what brian said, make sure you "expand" all those little boxes and see what is, and isnt being reinstalled back onto your computer. ie i installed games, but uninstalled calulator by mistake etc.

Regards, William Chan Well, to remove software from the computer, you want to use the "Add Remove Programs" applet in the control panel, but if it doesn't remove the program group "Games" under the Programs folder you can remove that manually by right clicking on the start button and selecting open.

Is there a way to manually add games to the game browser? I was able to add Flight Simulator X by dragging it to the Games folder in the Start Menu... FEAR seemed to add itself... but for whatever reason FEAR Extraction Point didn't, and neither did DiRT and just copying their start menu groups into the Games
